Services · Pricing & packages

Flat fees. Fixed timelines. No hourly billing.

Pick a package that matches the scope of your project. Every build is a fixed fee with a defined revision count, a clear timeline, and — on Business and up — a full year of hosting and maintenance included. No subscriptions, no surprise invoices.

What's included

  • Curated theme selection. Choose from a small, hand-picked collection — no decision paralysis, no scrolling through a marketplace.
  • Mobile-responsive build. Looks right on phones, tablets, and desktops out of the box.
  • Contact form & basic SEO. Email notifications, sitemap, meta tags, Google Search Console setup.
  • Google Analytics integration. So you can see who's visiting and what they're doing.
  • Social media links. Connected to your existing accounts.
  • Light copy polish. I'll clean up grammar and tighten the wording you provide — you bring the raw ideas, I make them read well.
  • 1 year basic hosting included. Shared hosting, SSL, daily backups, and security updates for the first year. Renewable on a maintenance tier afterward.
  • 2 rounds of revisions. Send consolidated feedback in one batch; I'll address it in the next pass.

Not included at this tier

Custom branding or theme design (jump to Business), original copywriting from scratch, custom functionality, ongoing maintenance after the first year (available on a maintenance tier).

Everything in Business, plus

  • Fully custom design. No theme starting point — built from your vision and brand from scratch.
  • Custom functionality. Booking systems, member areas, calculators, lookup tools — built specifically for your workflow.
  • Up to 3 third-party integrations. CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce), scheduling (Calendly, Acuity), payments, accounting tools, etc.
  • Advanced SEO setup. Keyword research, schema markup, page-level optimization.
  • Performance optimization. Image compression, caching, Core Web Vitals tuning.
  • Copywriting help for up to 10 pages. Same collaborative approach, more pages.
  • 4 rounds of revisions. Generous space for refinement on a custom build.
  • Priority support during the build. Faster response times, earlier preview links.

Not included at this tier

E-commerce store functionality (see E-Commerce package), large-scale data migrations from legacy systems (let's quote separately).

What shapes the price

  • Number of products. A 12-product catalog is fast to set up; 200+ products with variants takes longer.
  • Payment processor. Stripe, Square, PayPal — all standard. Custom processors take additional work.
  • Shipping complexity. Flat-rate shipping is simple. Live carrier rates, local delivery zones, or weight-based calculations are scoped separately.
  • Inventory management. Basic stock tracking is included; integrations with point-of-sale systems are extra.
  • Customer accounts & subscriptions. Account portals, recurring billing, and membership tiers all add scope.
  • 30-minute training session. So you can confidently add products, view orders, and manage inventory yourself.
  • 4 rounds of revisions. Same generous allowance as Advanced.
  • 1 year hosting & maintenance. Including SSL, payment security updates, and platform patches.

Not included by default

Product photography, copy for individual product descriptions, ongoing inventory management. These can be added or quoted separately.

How it works

From inquiry to launch in six steps.

No surprises, no hidden phases, no "we'll figure it out as we go." Here's exactly what happens after you fill out the contact form.

Reach out

Fill out the contact form with a few details about your project. The more specific the better — what you're building, who it's for, any timeline or budget constraints.

Takes 5 minutes

Quick discovery call

A 20–30 minute conversation to understand your business, your goals, and the right package. By the end, we'll both know if this is a fit and what tier makes sense.

Within 1–2 business days

Quote & agreement

I send a flat-fee quote with everything spelled out — scope, timeline, payment schedule, revision rounds. If it works, sign the agreement and pay 50% to lock in the start date.

Quote within 24 hours of call

Kickoff

I send a content checklist (logo, copy, photos, brand guidelines) and a theme selection if you're on Starter. Once I have what I need, the build begins.

Once content arrives

Build & revisions

I'll send preview links as the site comes together. You consolidate feedback into a single message per revision round; I make those changes and send the next preview.

Per package timeline

Launch & support

Final QA, DNS cutover, and a brief walkthrough of how to manage the site. Final 50% is due at launch. Hosting and maintenance start automatically on Business and up.

Common questions

A few things worth knowing.

If you have a question that isn't answered here, send it in the contact form — I'll usually respond within a business day.

Why flat fees instead of hourly?

Hourly billing punishes efficiency. The faster I work, the less I get paid — that's a bad incentive for both of us. Flat fees mean you know exactly what you're paying, I'm rewarded for working quickly, and we both focus on the result instead of the clock.

What happens after the first year of hosting?

You can either continue with one of the maintenance tiers, move the site to your own hosting (I'll help with the migration), or just keep paying for hosting alone at a low monthly rate. No automatic renewals into expensive contracts.

Can I bring my own hosting?

Yes — for Starter especially, this is common. For Business and Advanced, the included year of hosting is part of why those tiers are priced where they are, so we'd discuss the trade-off if you'd rather host elsewhere.

Do you write the copy from scratch?

I'll polish what you provide and shape rough notes into final copy on Business and up. For full ground-up copywriting on a complex site, I usually recommend bringing in a copywriter — and I'm happy to coordinate with one you've hired.

What if I need changes after launch?

Small changes are part of the maintenance tiers. Larger projects (a new section, a new page, integrating a new tool) get quoted as their own small project — usually $150–$500 depending on scope.

What does "a revision" actually mean?

One round of consolidated feedback. Send me everything you want changed in a single message; I'll make those changes, then you review again. This single rule prevents 90% of scope disputes — and it keeps the project moving forward instead of stalling on one-off requests.

What if I'm not happy with the result?

This rarely happens because we set expectations clearly up front. But if it does, your revision rounds exist precisely for this — that's what they're for. Beyond that, we'll talk through what's not working and find a path forward.

Do you do logo design?

I offer it as a $250 add-on for clean, simple logos. For anything that needs a real brand identity exploration, I'll point you toward a proper designer — that's their craft, not mine.
